By opting in to the Azul Guest WiFi & Survey SMS Program, you consent to receive text messages from Azul Restaurant. These messages include:
You will receive a maximum of 2 text messages per visit (1 verification code + 1 feedback survey). No recurring marketing messages will be sent.
Message and data rates may apply. Azul Restaurant does not charge you for these text messages, but you are responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase at Azul Restaurant. You may choose to connect via email instead, or decline WiFi access entirely.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also text STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
