Azul opens in mid-July 2026 on River Street in Hackensack. We are looking for cooks, line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, bartenders, barbacks, servers, hosts, runners, bussers, and managers — every role front and back of house. If you take craft seriously and like working in a quiet, well-run room, we’d like to meet you.
