When you connect to the Azul Guest WiFi network, we collect the following information:

Your mobile phone number or email address (provided by you for authentication)
Your device's MAC address (automatically detected by the network)
Your opt-in consent status for receiving text messages
Timestamp of your connection

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for the Azul Guest WiFi & Survey SMS Program:

To send you a one-time SMS verification code to authenticate and access the WiFi network
To send you a single follow-up text message containing a feedback survey about your visit

You will receive a maximum of 2 text messages per visit.

4. SMS Consent & Opt-In Data

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or messaging opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories of data described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We only share your phone number with our SMS service provider (Twilio) strictly for the purpose of delivering the text messages you consented to receive.

5. Opting Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

6. Data Retention

Authentication and connection data is stored securely and is automatically purged after 90 days. Survey responses are stored anonymously and do not contain your phone number.
